Décision n° 2026-21 du 2 avril 2026 portant affectation des agents de contrôle et gestion desintérims des sections d'inspection du travail au sein de la direction départementale del'emploi, du travail et des solidarités du Bas-Rhin
Le directeur régional de l'économie, de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarités du Grand Est,
Vu le code du travail, notamment ses articles R. 8122-1 et suivants,
Vu le décret n° 2003-770 du 20 août 2003 modifié portant statut particulier du corps del'inspection du travail ;
Vu le décret n° 2020-1545 du 9 décembre 2020 modifié relatif à l'organisation et aux missionsdes directions régionales de l'économie, de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarités, des directionsdépartementales de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarités et des directions départementales del'emploi, du travail, des solidarités et de la protection des populations,
Vu l'arrêté cadre du 28 mars 2022 portant localisation et déterminant la compétence desunités de contrôle et des sections d'inspection du travail de la région Grand Est;Vu la décision n°2025-44 du 23 juillet 2025 relative à la localisation et à la délimitation desunités de contrôle et des sections d'inspection du travail au sein de la directiondépartementale de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarités du Bas-Rhin ;
Vu l'arrêté du 28 novembre 2025 portant nomination de Monsieur Louis MAZARI sur l'emploide directeur régional de l'économie, de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarités du Grand Est parintérim ;
DECIDE
Article 1:
Sont nommés comme responsables des unités de contrôle de la direction départementale del'emploi, du travail et des solidarités du Bas-Rhin les agents suivants :

Article 4 :
La présente décision abroge et remplace la décision 2026-03 du 20 janvier 2026 portantaffectation des agents de contrôle et gestion des intérims des sections d'inspection du travailau sein de la direction départementale de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarités du Bas-Rhin.
Article 5:
Le responsable du pôle politique du travail de la direction régionale de l'économie, de l'emploi,du travail et des solidarités du Grand-Est et la directrice départementale de l'emploi, du travailet des solidarités du Bas Rhin sont chargés de l'application de la présente décision qui serapubliée au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture de département du Bas Rhin.Fait à Strasbourg, le 02 avril 2026
